Love Sprout Social! I use it on my computer, iPad and iPhone throughout the day to manage multiple accounts and networks in one place. Everything works together seamlessly and their customer support is amazing.

I love Sprout Social. I dont utilize it too much on my computer, as Im very seldom on it, but I use it A LOT to manage the different social accounts Im responsible for. Ive tried getting by without using it, but my life was so much more complicated than it needed to be. I also recommended this app to my ex, and he uses it for work related purposes as well. Words cannot express how useful this app is.
I workfor a social media agency in Minneapolis and we originally have been using hootsuite for community management and my boss just switched us to Sprout. At first it took awhile to get used to it, but now I love it! I plan on using both iPad app and my desktop version together :)
Tried a bunch of social media tools over the years, and this is my favourite so far. A great app on web, mobile or tablet.
Sprout Social has the best UX for social media management. If you have multiple accounts, and especially multiple clients, you cant beat Sprout Social for user friendliness.
The new update makes it a lot easier to navigate through swiping instead of menus. This should feel more natural if youre used to the native Twitter app, without sacrificing all the management functions Sprout is known for.
Nice update overall. Seriously good job... but Im running into several bugs or issues. 1. App keeps crashing on iPhone 4S running latest ios7. 2. I cant seem to select specific lists in my RSS feed anymore - I just get all 3. It wont remember my profile selections. So on each post I do from the app I must select all 7 profiles each time - though this may be related to my persistent random crashes 4. No clear indicator which client group Im on unless I look at the off screen nav or when I actually do a post (because I can see the profiles). But on the later I cant seem to change to another client group from the message screen? All little bugs that Im sure will be addressed. Again though, a nice update overall.
LOVE the Sprout service!! The web app is awesome, and the iOS app is too! The only thing that would make it a 5 star app for me would be push notifications, so I dont have to open the app to see when people tweet at me or post on my wall.
Awesome social media management software - App really needs push notifications.
Been using this app for the past year and its been incredibly helpful.
I can no longer favorite or retweet from this app, rendering it more or less useless. Ive deleted and reinstalled and that didnt help...
Ive always thought the purpose of an app was to replace the use of the website. Well while this app has many positives it also lacks the ability to do many of the things the website offers (no discovery tabs, cant change keywords, no reports, among a few). If youre just starting with sprout dont start with the app or you wont realize how much content you are missing out on. The apps ok for quick on the go use but cant be your main way to access sprout. Hope they include more content and push notifications on the next update.
Hope they fix the bugs soon. Cant RT, favorite or reply.
Looked like an interesting app but apparently its not free, it costs $$$. Minimum of $59 per month. Definitely not for me!
How can I use the app if there is no way to sign up? I cannot login because I have never signed up. POINTLESS
I love using the desktop platform for myself and my clients but the IOS app needs some serious attention. The app crashed on me several times in a row while trying to write an update. In addition, I would also get numerous 404 not found messages after attempting to mark messages as complete. Its great for notifications at least and being able to check the feed; however, I see no reason to use the app if its going to continue crashing when trying to engage or post from it.
Cannot even get to first base with this app. I have a long email and secure password. Both have to be copied and pasted. After pasting in the email, leaving the app, copying the password and returning to the app to paste in the password, they have deleted the email/username. This makes the app impractical for me to use.
Cant even log in or register. Brought me to log in screen after download. No option to register. Useless
This app doesnt have sprouts #1 main feature...geo targeting for Twitter like it does on desktop. Community Managers need to use sprouts service on the go, so why not get with the program, Sprout?
theres no way to create an account before it asks you to sign in
