Sprout Social App Reviews

I use both the desktop and app version of Sprout. They continue to improve an already great product. The app now has editing for Queued posts, but it still needs the ability to delete a post and to change a post to a different account. It is so easy to post to the wrong account!

Does what it says and has a nice browser version.

Does a good job of keeping your group in touch with each other for tasks and monitoring over multiple accounts.

I tried other software and had many issues but this one is absolutely amazing, it has saved me approximately 4 hours of work a week and thats a lot of time. The integration with Google+ is a big plus. The others I used failed on the app version, very user friendly and efficient, good job.

Simply put, it allows you to easily put your companys (or clients) social media channels to work. Ive used Sprout for well over a year now, and its constantly proven itself to be an invaluable tool in my arsenal.

This might be a useful app for workers, editorial, etc. (not even sure about it), but for those like me who manage the business the app is really uninteresting as I was expecting to find at least similar features as on Website but nothing related with usage - metrics - results can be get in this iOS platform.

i am a $99/month subscriber to sprout social. i love its functionality, ease of use and reporting. i use it daily. hell, i use it hourly. their web-based program is top-notch. no complaints. but this app, boy, oh, boy. thats another story. let me start with the positive. great design and interface. on the surface, its a gem. then you start using it. crash. then you reboot it. crash. then you use it some more. crash. i bet i have to close the app and restart it (not exaggerating) 10 times a day. yes, i have deleted and reinstalled time and again. and, yes, it crashes on both my ipad mini and iphone 4s. ive shared this with the very attentive and receptive team at sprout support for months. they thank me for my feedback, but nothing has (yet) changed. like i said, i love sprout. its the social media management tool i choose to use above all others. but the constant app crashing has me rethinking the $99 i am sending them each month. if they get this issue repaired, i will write a new, five-star review!

App is great, easy to use, I use the web app too, but I prefer HootSuites mobile app because of the ability to receive notifications if Im mentioned on Twitter, RTd, etc. Seems like a huge oversight for this app.

This is a great app! Has help my company exponentially. They continue to improve it. Recetly they have added google+ to there arsenal. I hope they continue to expand into Instagram, Pinterest and others. There online tool is easy as well and live chat can help you trouble shoot. The price for subscription is reasonable. Cant imagine life with out this now. We are able to manage pages for two companies and catch people tweeting about or companies with their keyword search tools. This helps a lot for companies that are well known with a low number of likes or followers to build on there word of mouth. LOVE IT!

This app is almost exactly as full featured as the browser-based app. Fantastic!

If you use Spout Social to manage your social media accounts, the app gives you quick access to almost everything youd find online.

I use Sprout to manage several social media accounts. Its the best I have tried. App works seamlessly. Its easy for on the go use and can handle all of my needs.

Live by Sprout both on and off of the app. Easy to use, ability to flip easily between accounts. DEF wish there were push notifications/alerts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
